Doc Gentzler was a spark for the Golden Eagles in their weekend sweep, netting three goals and assisting in two more. In Saturday night's win over Plattsburgh, Gentzler was the key factor, as his assist was for Brockport's first goal of the night and gave them momentum going into the second period. He then helped the team extend the lead with his two second period goals, earning them a SUNYAC playoff berth.
