Chase Nieuwendyk has been selected as the SUNYAC Ice Hockey Rookie of
the Week. Nieuwendyk scored two goals in just his second game of the
season against Tufts. He scored the team's first goal, coming on a power
play opportunity. Both goals scored came when Brockport was trailing by
one goal at the time.
