Schneider owns the SUNYAC

It doesn't matter what team you play for and what conference it plays in. Nine-times-out-of-ten, a goalie's numbers will always be better, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot, in non-conference games.

Well, we've got one of the rare one-time-out-of-ten scenarios on our hands this season...big time.

Consider this split:

Matt Schneider has a .869 save percentage and 3.15 goals against average in 6 non-conference games this season.

In 15 SUNYAC games he has a .913 save percentage and 2.28 GAA.

Wow!

He's dramatically better in the more difficult, high-pressure, do-or-die games in our conference.

That's clutch, seriously clutch.

THAT should give you some major confidence in a deep playoff run. He's the sort of performer you want on your team!
