The College at Brockport men's ice hockey team received recognition for
their success off the ice Wednesday morning, as nine athletes were
recognized as All-American Scholar Program recipients.
Each year the American Hockey Coaches Association selects players for this honor who had outstanding academic performances as well as strong on-ice contributions. In order to receive the honor, recipients must have achieved at least a 3.6 GPA in both the fall and spring semesters.
The Golden Eagle recipients for the 2018-2019 NCAA ice hockey season included:
Connar Bass, Senior Defenseman
Bryan Carville, Senior Defenseman
Sean Lincoln, Sophomore Goaltender
Ryan Romeo, Sophomore Defenseman
Shane Visnick, Sophomore Forward
Robert Flannery, Freshman Forward
Jordan Renaud, Freshman Forward
Jeremy Solat, Freshman Forward
Corey Tam, Freshman Defenseman
