The College at Brockport ice hockey team tabbed their first State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) player of the week, with Connor Hutchins winning the honors.
Hutchins led the Green and Gold offensively over the weekend as they finished with a record of 2-0, beating both King's College and Neumann University. He led the way in scoring with three goals while dishing out two assists, and a game-winning goal. Hutchins best game came in the season opener against King's College where he finished with two goals, with one being the game-winner, and an assist.
