Trenton Golden Hawks forward Ryan Johnson has confirmed his commitment to join The College at Brockport Golden Eagles beginning with the 2013-14 SUNYAC season.
The 20-year old native of Barrie, Ontario is currently playing in his fifth OJHL season after starting his junior career as a 16-year old member of the Collingwood Blues in 2008-09. After notching 10 goals in only 26 games as a rookie, Johnson would split the next season between the Blues and the Hamilton Red Wings.
The past two years saw him play with the Aurora Tigers as one of the club's most consistent scorers before finally making the move to Trenton this season, where he currently sits tied for sixth in socring on the club with 11 points in 19 games played.
