D&C ARTICLE ABOUT SAVES FOR A CURE

Proceeds of the third annual Saves for a Cure Game earlier this year will help create a toy and game room and an entertainment room for children awaiting cancer treatment at Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong Memorial Hospital.

The College at Brockport announced that the game raised $4,272 for the hospital.

Brockport was joined by the State University Agricultural and Technical College at Morrisville and the State University College at Oswego.

Together, they raised more than $10,000 for the cause.

In three years, Saves for a Cure has raised more than $17,000 to help fight childhood cancer.
