BROCKPORT TO PLAY WESTERN NEW ENGLAND ON WEDNESDAY

Brockport's easy road season continues this week as the Golden Eagles travel to Sprinfield, Massachusetts to take on the Western New England Golden Bears for a rare Wednesday match-up.

Brockport will definitely add to their win total because the Golden Bears might be the weakest team that Brockport will face this season. They are 1-12-1 and rank 67th or worse nationally in all the major categories including scoring, penalty kill and power play. Only two guys on the roster have scored more than 2 goals...and both of them have netted only 3. Their goaltending is done by a committee of three with saves percentages of .834, .806, and .797.

It should be a cakewalk for the Golden Eagles.

The game starts at 7:20 PM Wednesday and can be heard on WBSU at 89.1 FM or http://wbsu.com
