When head coach Randy Carlyle was let go by the Maple Leafs recently, it got Carson Shields of "The Hockey Writers" thinking about Randy and his family -- especially Randy's affable son Craig who played for the Golden Eagles from 2005-2006 to 2007-2008 where he amassed 3 goals and 7 assists in 38 career games.
